RETURN
ES is happy to accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Goods must be returned new and unused. Send an email to webshop@es-es.dk before sending an item back.
We would greatly appreciate it if you send returns with GLS directly to the door. Do not send with DAO, as we have experienced that they choose to leave the package on the street in front of our door.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop after returning the item.

Return/exchange in our webshop:
If you wish to return your purchase, it is possible to visit our showroom/webshop in Arkonagade 17 kld, 1726 København V. Remember to enclose a completed return slip for reference. Please note that the return amount will be transferred to your account within 2-3 days and cannot be transferred in the shop.
Regarding webshop returns
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Once we have received and accepted your return, the amount will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the goods, less any taxes or import duties.
Please note that it may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
When returning an item, you must pay the direct and total costs of returning the product(s). When returning, you are fully responsible for ensuring that the product(s) are properly packed to effectively avoid damage while in transit.
Full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us at the return address listed below on this page. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit on return, so we recommend that you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package has been sent.
The customer/sender is solely responsible for sending the goods back to us at the stated return address.
