Welcome to the ES webshop.

We need the following information when you use our website to shop: Name, address, telephone number and email address.

We only register and pass on personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the products to you. ES collects and processes personal data in accordance with the existing law on the collection of personal data.

ES prioritizes data protection and trust. At the same time, we want to give you the best possible experience when you visit our website. Therefore, we collect and use information when you shop in our webshop, including processing your order and registering your preferred functions, etc., as well as sending marketing material and other information about our products and activities, if you have given us your express consent.

Finally, your information may be used to investigate suspected fraud. The personal data collected is name, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address and information about your purchase. For security reasons, we do not store credit card or other payment information.

We save your e-mail address for e.g. send you an order confirmation and notify you when your order has been dispatched. Your name and address will appear on a label on your package with your order. The information is registered with ES and stored for a period of five years. The information is then deleted. We collaborate with various companies that process and archive data. These companies process data exclusively on our behalf and may not use personal data for their own purposes. We only cooperate with data processors within the EU or within countries that provide the same level of protection.

You have the right to access information that is registered about you. If you believe that the information is incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected. In some cases, we will need to delete your data if you request it. This may be, for example, if the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we originally needed it. ES processes personal data for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws, including the requirement to obtain your consent before sending out electronic marketing material. Customer and order data are protected by encryption during transmission and subsequent storage.

ES uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for transmitting information to process your order. You have the right to be informed, upon request, which information we have registered about you and to exempt from a registration in accordance with the Personal Data Act. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

GDPR – (General Data Protection Regulation) What data do we have about you? The data we collect about you is your name, address, e-mail and telephone number, which consumers themselves have provided when placing an order in our webshop or when signing up for our newsletter

What is the purpose of the data? Collection of this data is necessary to be able to send you your order or newsletter. The data we collect from the ES webshop comes exclusively from the information you have chosen to give us when you order online.

Can I access my personal data? You can always obtain information about your personal data in accordance with the "Right of access for the data subject" (GDPR). If you wish to exercise your right, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to: webshop@es-es.dk We will endeavor to respond to your request within 4 weeks maximum – 3 months. Please note: The data subject's right of access applies in most cases, but there are exceptions in special cases. If you believe that you are not receiving the information you are entitled to, you can exercise your right to access by filing a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
